Are your programs for all ages?
Our school assembly programs are age-appropriate for grades K-8.
How many students can attend each school assembly?
Each school assembly can accommodate up to 350 students.
Why do you have a student limit for school assemblies?
In our 20 plus years of experience, we’ve found that a maximum of 350 students makes for the best educational assembly experience, so that everyone attending can see, hear, and participate in our program.
How long do the school assemblies last?
Each school assembly runs approximately 45 minutes. We can also shorten to 35 or 40 minutes, if needed, to fit within your schedule. For multiple assemblies, we include a 10 to 15 minute break in between to reset up our props.
Why do you ask for evaluations for your sponsored assemblies?
Your feedback is so important to us! We share your valuable feedback with our sponsors, and use it to gauge the effectiveness of our program, take suggestions, and make improvements.
See our Tips for an Awesome Assembly Experience page for more information about School Assemblies.
My school did not get an Evaluation Link, how do I get one?
Thank you for giving us your feedback! Sometimes our emails get blocked by a school district’s security features. Please send us an email so we can reply with your unique evaluation link.
What size performance space do you need for school assemblies?
Ideally a 15′ x 15′ area, with 20′ height clearance, but we will work with the space you have available. If you have a stage, we would love to use it, along with all available stage lighting.
You can look at the EarthCapades Photos to see us in action with our audiences.
Are you insured?
